As the world undergoes profound transformations, we find ourselves navigating a new era—one in which long-standing systems, values, and beliefs are constantly being tested. At the same time, a new wave of urgent, deeply interconnected challenges is emerging, demanding bold and thoughtful leadership—leadership with the VISION, INTEGRITY, and EMPATHY capable of steering through uncertainty.

Although underrepresented, this kind of leadership does exist. Across the globe, individuals are rising to the occasion. They are adapting, persevering, and striving to shape a better future for their communities and the world.

As a new generation prepares to step into roles of influence and global impact, there is tremendous value in learning from those who have already weathered change and led with purpose. To that end, I am launching Meeting the Moment to create a bridge where experienced leaders share life lessons and leadership insights with emerging leaders about the issues shaping our time through candid, solution-driven conversations. A platform for learning and fostering leadership, Meeting the Moment aims to contribute to the collective effort in tackling the complex challenges of our time.
